  I have never had such a horrible experience!
  A delivery that should have come on Mother's Day never came and still hasn't come. When I called the store, all I got was unprofessional behavior and attitude from Eugene (Asst. Mgr.) he acted as if it was my fault!!!!. I called Corporate Customer Service and told a nice young lady (Vanessa) what happened. She took my complaint and was very apologetic. I hope my son is able to get his money back. I would also suggest that they change their voice recording. You get the sense the person really did not want to do it. Had a monotone voice and not very pleasant at all. Of course you couldn't leave a message because the mailbox was full. I really wouldn't want anything from this store. I've read some of the other reviews about how their order looked. One even said if they could give them 0 stars, they would. I SUGGEST YOU INVEST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES!
