  TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - They substitute flowers and don't even come close to arranging what you order, and then they blame you and FTD. And TERRY who says she's the manager and flower arranger (she's probably Chery's sister), is the worst - bad attitude, doesn't listen, rude, loud and pushy. She hung up on us and made excuses of why no one else was available to talk to us when we called back. She told us to call FTD because they messed up, not her. STAY AWAY FROM FLOWERS BY CHERYL. We stopped using them months ago, and when their van pulled up, we were like "NO!" And sure enough the arrangement was filled with what they wanted us to have, instead of what we ordered. AMAZING!!!! If I could give them zero stars, I would! The owner's husband Wayne was no better, and made even more excuses!
  
  Lastly, their website says the following: "We are family owned and operated, committed to offering only the finest floral arrangements and gifts, backed by service that is friendly and prompt." They are anything but friendly, anything but committed, and they do not offer the finest of anything!
